Bonus gift ideas – below are a few of our favourite ideas for “Gifts That Keep on Giving” – there are various of options to choose from with these subscription services:

REIZE Energy Drink

REIZE Energy Drink – this monthly subscription comes with a range of options starting from a low $9.99/month (including free delivery) – you select how many energy drink sachets you want each month (and you can increase/decrease your subscription, pause or cancel at any time – so you’re not locked into any contracts). REIZE Energy Drink is great for those who work out or play sport, have an active lifestyle or simply need an energy boost every now and then. With the sachets – you choose how you want to drink it – chilled, hot, mixed with soft drink, juice or even alcohol (remember to drink responsibly) – mix it your way and share your creations on their social media community and you could even find your own creation appearing in one of their “Will It Mix” videos too! Stop paying excessive amounts of money on energy drinks where the cost goes mainly to packaging – on their $9.99/month plan, each sachet costs you a mere $0.83 each! A much more cost effective option and you’re still reaping the benefits of extra energy to get you through your day.

Extra Bonus gift ideas – as someone who is on a health and wellness journey myself, I thought I’d add a couple of extra ideas below which I highly recommend:

Get Well, Stay Well

Get Well, Stay Well is a book written by Brisbane based Naturopath Katherine Maslen ND. This book is very easy to read and understand (and I found it quite an eye opener as well). Katherine writes in a very straight forward way, making it easier to absorb the valuable information contained within this book. She shares her secrets to getting well and staying well. You’ll learn how to get back in touch with your body so you can reclaim your health and get back to living. As someone who has several chronic illnesses, this book has become a bit of a godsend for me, highlighting the areas I need to work on in order to get well and stay well. For only $24.95 (free postage), if you or someone else you know has been struggling with their health, this would make a great gift!

Wholefood Simply

Wholefood Simply has a vast array of recipe books (as shown above – the full collection selling for $154.95). Bianca Slade, mother of three, shares her quick and easy recipes that her family and friends enjoy in these books. She also shares little stories and tidbits among the pages of her own personal journey, making it easy to connect and relate to her story. Bianca recreates traditional treats and sweets to suit her whole food ways, keeping her ingredients and methods simple without compromising on taste. Her books start from only $22.95 or you can purchase them in bundles (I own the ‘original bundle‘ which sells for $79.95 and is jam-packed full of wonderful recipes and treats). Whether you’re just starting out or already a whole food enthusiast, I recommend checking these books out – you’ll be sure to discover some new favourites among the pages!
